We need instructors for our outstanding construction supervisor license course.

We are looking for building officials, and those who have a reasonable working knowledge of the Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR) who would like to teach with us.

You do not have to be an experienced teacher to become an instructor, we will train you in the optimum techniques for transferring construction technology to course participants.

You must be interested in helping students to understand 780 CMR, and to become familiar enough with it that they can locate the answer to any question they may be asked in the entire book.

You must be available for at least one night a week for seven or eight continuous weeks, depending on holidays.

You will be provided with all of the materials and code books for the students and classes.
