Registration for the July 15th, July 16th, July 17th, and July 18th, 2024 unrestricted construction supervisor licence in-person and live Zoom classes is open.

The in-person and live Zoom classes are identical in content and presentation.

The live Zoom classes are limited in attendence, so register early to get your choice of time and date.

Early registration for the in-class presentation is $499.95 and ends Thursday, July 11, 2024. Registration for the in-class presentation after July 11, 2024 is $539.95.

Early registration for the live Zoom class is $399.95 and ends on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Registration for the live Zoom class after July 10, 2024 is $429.95.

Code books are required for the class and needed in the exam. You may get your code books from us or any vendor of your choice.
We highly recommend using the loose leaf editions of the International Building Code and the International Residential Code, because they may be made "exam ready" by integrating the amendments with the chapters, removing code sections that are not applicable to the exam, moving sections around to streamline searches, and enable inserting critical exam information.

Soft bound editions are less effective, but may be used as is or may be converted to three ring binder books easily by shaving the soft binding off and drilling three holes into the book to fit into a three ring binder.

Massachusetts currently amends the International Code Council (ICC) 2015 series publications to create the Massachusetts State Building Code. This code is the basis for the Construction Supervisor License Exams.

We use the 9th Edition Massachusetts State Building Code, which is based upon the International Code Council 2015 series codes. It went into went into effect on October 1, 2017 and is still being enforced in the field today.
